Counter-Notification

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the website.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

PromptsBear.com reserves the right to remove content and restrict access to users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers or who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
